You may want to see a doctor about your depression ,he may prescribe an anti-depressant that could help you. Actually I would be very , very , surprised if you haven't done that already.

I have had that feeling before - turned about that I found it less lonely in the world, when I had a depression. Like I always had something to think of.<br />
And if you don't like changes, then suddenly the thought of not knowing what you are, who you are and what to do for a moment can be scary.<br />

im thinking so too. at least there is some insight there. i have depression as well and its like i have a mental block on getting better. I think some things take time. Sometimes we aren't ready to change yet.
