Is it possible the school district isnt giving me jobs on purpose?
i applied to be a para aide sub for the school district and got in , since i got in i only got called for one job, its been 2 wks, noone has complained about me and i havent been there long enough to ruin my reputation , i am a good worker but wondered are they being passive aggressive and too afraid to tell me they dont want me, is it normal not to sub for wks at a time, even temps get to temp more often which i might try doing, is there anything im doing that they wont call or is it just them not having jobs, i can understand not working every day, but i cant understand never working, is there something i just dont know about, im bilingual and i love kids, i dont think ive done anything wrong so why arent they calling me? i do have a working phone and i stay up when i get up at around the time they would call and i would call them back, im willing to sub 40 hrs so why isnt it happening, is this happening to other subs too? im disappointed, i thought i had a job, at least occasionally
