Of course it is. A good business person is fair, goes out of their way to assist their customers etc, and fixes a mistake even if it costs them a little money. Why? word of mouth. excellent business practices and keeping you customers happy and well taken care of go hand in hand. Having a business where people feel like they will be taken care of and NOT taken advantage of will bring in more customers. You still have to be competitive but that doesn't mean you loose all sense of decency.
I guess so, somewhere, though it's getting rarer and rarer these days.
