Sometimes doing something wrong, helps out a situation more better than doing things right, it depends on the situation at the time. You might feel bad, but, you might be right at the time. life is a *****.

If done with good intentions, or perhaps a sincere apology

I kind of think it depends on the reason for what you did. I stole a kitten, 15 years ago. This kitten was forever running into my house whenever the door was open, and he would eat my cat's food, use his litter box, and sleep on my bed. On the day I was moving, I took the cat to the house I knew he belonged at, and told them that he kept climbing up into the moving van and I was afraid he'd get hurt, so could she please keep him inside just until I finished loading the truck. She said No, I hate cats. He isn't allowed in the house, we feed him out here and he sleeps in that box. I said, no he doesn't sleep in that box, he sleeps on my bed. She said well, your moving, so he'll be sleeping in that box from now on. I took him and put him in our cat's carrier and took him with me to my new home. I had him for 17 years and loved him ever single moment of that time. I'm sure she didn't cry over the loss of her kitten. I think I was right to steal him.
