its not impossible. What is healthy & filling for one person is not necessarily the same for all other people. We are not identical little robots. Different bodies need different types of fuel, i.e. different ingredients.
I could eat salad all day and never be content. Some people can eat a few lettuce leaves and be full for hours. You need to find what is right for you and moderate.

I am generally content with 8 oz. of plain Greek yogurt, a handful of frozen cherries and a cup of hot cocoa. That's homemade cocoa and I use stevia to sweeten, no added sugars. In fact eliminating sugar in all its forms, except fresh/frozen fruit, from my diet altogether is a must for me to ever feel satisfied with food.
