I had a friend that does nothing but lie to herself. She got married and became a stepford wife. She had kids and it got worse. She sends out monthly news letters telling how happy her family is. They live in a sterilized bubble and do everything but inhale hand sanitizer. The few times I've gone to visit them.. I felt bad for her husband and her children.. she's hell bent on looking like the perfect family.. it was like invasion of the body snatchers. I don't keep in touch with her anymore.
