yea if someone asked u questions u could either nod ur head up and down or side to side for "yes" and "no". without saying anything.

Yes, I know i'm adopted but I haven't been told so I've been lied to all these years and she keeps lying to me...and now I have health problems that are genetic and she can't explain why nobody else has the same genetic health problems...so by not saying anything it is forever a lie.

Actually i believe its very hard to lie alone without speech. You can lie with speech and be convincing with eyes though.
