It was actually rather easy for me.
It's actually very easy! I eat meat...not a lot, but 3 times a week. Then I saw a very painful animal show and decided to become vegan and I did. Immediately. I went back to meat after a couple of years. Saw another painful animal show, turned vegan, again...it's easy, at least for me.
Most people want to live a good healthy life. Its hard to get them to give that up for some foolishness.
I can't imagine why anyone would want to. mmmmm, bacon.
You'll have to eat more beans and stuff high in protein to make up for lack of protein from meat.
Also take some vitamin supplements
And make sure to swallow ***** because that's extra proteins.
I went veggie for awhile,about a year, I didn't see any benefits from it
