Is it safe to pierce your ears with a sterile I.V. needle? The ear-rings are sterile too...

I pierced my ears 5 times, (4 on one side, 1 on the other)
I never had one problem.
I also put Neosporin around the piercing after showering until they completely healed.
Probably not necessary, but I wanted to make sure they would not get infected. It worked:-)Like (2)

I'm a girl and I've never pierced my ears and don't plan on doing it. Even if the instruments are clean the thought of putting something through a hole in my ear sickens me. I don't know about you, but you can make whatever decision you want even if I wouldn't do it

I did mine , I made sure I had a good quality of earring to avoid infection. Use sterile alcohol to keep them free of infection. Turn the earrings several times a day. You should be fine.
