not true but the gov't does want to figure out a way to do something with those chips so can better track ya'll....Why do you think all your phones,cars and other devices have gps units built into them now? and now major cities have camera's everywhere to watch you while walking down the street(NY for example).
Do what I do(& others like me)...disable your gps units, and flip off every camera you see(or hide your face)Like (1)

They'll wait 'til there are no alternatives, like all the insurance companies going out of business due to regulations and laws continuously changing--how can you compete with the organization (government) that makes the rules?--and THEN there'll be incentives to get chipped. Oh, you won't be required at first, but you just won't get any benefits unless you comply.
Try opting out of social security, saying you don't want to pay in and therefore don't expect to get any benefits from it...and see what happens.Like (1)
