idk, I have never heard this saying before, the saying that I heard and I know to be true is "You can never know what girls want"

Yes, but this knowledge isn't going to come for a long long time from now. You will go through a few phases.
1) Phase one you will glean it from your male friends.. fail
2) You then listen to what woman want. double fail (you will learn what the friend zone is during this phase).
3) Your heart will get broken
4) You will give up (it is at this point you will start to understand).
