She even gave her number to a couple of them and they text her. LOL! Attention starved? *shudder* I just can't see myself doing the same thing with older female customers who are friendly with me.

Why would this even interest you? She could be ambitious. She could be friendly. Lesbians do talk to men. They are not aliens. Leave her be. Unless you are interested in her personally as more than you admit...She is not harming you or others....Just my opinion. And, having worked in a hotel many years ago, I wonder how you have time to sit and chat while you are working?

Dude. You summed it up perfectly. CUSTOMER. She may be a genuinely nice person, but women are also smart. Making that old man smile by flirting a little will make their experience more enjoyable. Just don`t go flirting with the female guests. Granny`s can of pepper spray stings...A LOT.

I worked with someone like this! She would hug and throw herself on 80+ yr old men! Or any man for that matter. I really didn't mind @ first. But then at some point it just is obvious that this person has problems and is so phoney. Yes its annoying!

Okay...there is something about certain (not all) 55+ year old men that just have IT. I've always been attracted to older men, but perhaps I wasn't wrong in my assumption. I mean, look at your 23 year old lesbian co-worker...even she had to give him her number. This question made me laugh...then grin ;} To sum it up (again not all carry this trait), but they are sexy as hell!
