    If it is done on purpose then it is done with malice in mind and that is much worse.

    Bad on purpose - because this person is being evil. Bad with good intentions - this person is just sort of dumb.

    Bad with good intentions. Because you can't be mad at them, but behind closed doors I'm really upset and pissed at them.
