No. You can never truly know someone and what they are capable of. If they are seeing someone else then you deserve to know. Who wants to date someone for years only to discover that they were dishonest from the start? Honestly, he won't tell you anything that you won't want to hear, so you will have to find out for yourself. Snoop away if it will make you feel better. You deserve to know who you are with and if that takes a little extra behind the scenes action, then so be it. Don't let these people make you feel bad, you have to do what you feel you have to do!

Good God. YES. It's an invasion of privacy, and shows how little trust you have in the relationship. Either that or how insecure YOU are about the relationship.

There is never a time when it is any of your concern to go through a cell phone which isn't yours. A cell phone is a private object and isn't for anyone but the person who owns it. If you have to go through his cell phone to make sure he isn't cheating or doing any funny business you two have no business being together in the first place.

Yes, it is. Curiosity is no excuse. You either trust them or you don't. If you don't, you have no business being in a relationship with them.

And the end too. But then again, at that point you already know what you are going to find, lol.

If you really feel like you can not trust the person then you do not love them. Have they done something to deserve your mistrust? If so then maybe you should ask them to see their cell phone.

It's wrong anytime in a relationship. If you don't trust the person you're with you need to find someone you can trust.
