When I get poor quality service or products, I always stand up against it. I am respectful, but assertive. I expect quality when I spend money on something. I expect good and knowledgable service. I expect timely service as well. I don\'t think this is unreasonable. What are your thoughts?

well, I don't trust people. If i'm at a fast food drive in I won't complaint, or at a dine in, I won't complaint, fear they might spit or do something bad to my food. That's just me, u never know what's going on behind closed doors so to speak)
