My fiance lets me do what i want when i want no questions asked. Yeah.. go ... whatever.

Is it wrong for me to want him to say "Hunny where are you going? Is it safe? I love you i will miss you can you come home early? You cant? Oh thats okay my love gezz im just going to miss you so much! I love your attention its my oxygen you are a goddess."

Because thats how i treat him. Like my God.

Am I wrong to want this? Am i alone?

Generally speaking, there should be some form of interest and care about your life from him.... Maybe his lack of interest is from lack of caring, or maybe what seems like a lack of interest is just total 100% trust with no need to question.

He may just assume you know all those things and doesn't feel the need to constantly say them, or perhaps he's just not the kind of guy who is comfortable saying that kind of stuff yet! Or- again, maybe he plain old doesn't feel them.

You are there, we are not - you are the one who can judge best what is going on with him, but no - there is nothing wrong with wanting the attention from him and wanting to hear from him and feel that he cares.
