It's all black and white If anyone says there is gray it is because they are on the fence about issues and things and gray is much easier than taking a stand.

It's all about a weighing a list of pros and cons and making a decision, yes or no, black or white, right or left, right or wrong. When you get to the question (the fork in the road), you have to make a choice.

It depends on the context. What is white today may be black tomorrow even if the circumstances seem the same: it is we who have really changed. Thus we see according to our belief in who we are and where we are.

Hmm Black and white would seem to indicate someone who is closed, rigid and living a fear based life
Shades of Gray learning to be more open, accepting, living closer to the edge

Seeing all the colors of the universe, soaring, unbound, living in love

Your choices can be reduced to binary (black and white). Life is not limited to the sensory perception that you may or may not have.

The answer is no. I will never forget the day I realised that there was more than one thing to know about anything. And that things can be both right and wrong.

Having realised that I simutaneously realised that "yes" or "no" or "bad" and or "good" simply was too narrow and restrictive and sometimes you just have to .... actually think about something, and not just put it into a convenient pigeon hole.

And did you ever think.....pigeon holes .... or labels....or recognized categories, were once a thought that originated in someone's mind? So labelling doesn't do the truth justice and limits your knowledge. It takes mental energy but the reward of it is that you have a full picture to guide you in making decisions about things. That's my opinion anyway.

I have learned that nothing is in black and white, there are only shades of grey! Learn to live in the gray areas, but dont be shady!
