    I DO... believe in the bonds of marriage.... but not in the terms it has taken today.... marriage between man and wife.. is the commitment between 2 and God, usually in front of their piers .. but today it is a contract between 2 people and the state... i believe that if the state was out of the picture... the world and marriages would be better off

    Nah...In it's most basic form, it's a promise to someone you respect that you'll love them and have their back no matter what. Once religion, legislation and society's expectations got their hands on it, it got complex.

    After being married i would say no, but i dont regret getting married and probably if i was in my 20's i would do exactly the same...but not at the age i am now!!

    For those that believe in something greater then it is a must: Although, statistics actually tell us it is pointless. There is no difference in marriage/divorce/annulments..etc between the religious crowd and the non-religious.

    short answer... no.. and that's actually a sad thing
