    These anti Micheal moore campaigns are an attempt to discredit a person who points up a lot of what is wrong with the corporate/political power system in the US.
    But for the greed of that system America may still be on top rather than in decline. But to be clear, Moore isnt saying that a country like Cuba has better health care. Japan, Australia, New Zealand and all of the Euro zone countries can provide much better examples.. He is saying that EVEN an economic basket case like Cuba has better health care. In that sense, Cuba provides better government of the people and for the people than the US. So whats wrong with America?

    No, it does not. It does allow its people to wh0re themselves off to tourists from the countries you mention, though. In the quaint setting of the crumbling buildings of a by-gone era.

    Medical tourism has been big business in Asia for decades. Notably dentistry and cosmetic surgery. Its a way to bring overseas cash into the country, which goodness knows Cuba needs.
