Of course, especially chocolate. And there is the issue of lactose intolerance too.

Yes and no. It is a good source of calcium which you body needs (especially children) but like someone else said, it is filled with hormones. I would recommend drinking organic / hormone free milk (low fat too, unless your giving it to kids).

Yes,if you either get the lowest % you like, the lowest i do is 1% as the lower you go the less fat and calories it has,or you can just have no more the 1 or 2 glasses of whole milk aday as the cals and fat will add up,otherwise it's very healthful lots of calcium, vitamin d etc.So drink up!!!!!!! Lol :) I love milk!

No. It's usually filled with hormones. And even when it's not, it's very fattening and as adult humans it isn't very natural to drink what is meant for baby cows.

I think those animal hormones don't have any effect on humans. I thought that skim milk doesn't have fat. It contains fastly and slowly digestable proteins. I also think that D-vitamin and calsium are good for the bones.

The hormones most certainly affect us humans. it's why little girls are getting their periods at 5 and sporting d-cups by ten.

Builds bodies 42 different ways (or something like that)--unless you happen to be lactose intolerant.
