Iv'e not heard that before but I hope so because I get them every now and then. They crack me up as I begin talking to various bodyparts telling them to stop that.

I hope so because I have spasmatic torticollis. Which means that all the muscles in my neck spasm and it creates severe pain for me. So if that means that I'm intelligent than I guess that's one upside.

I never realized that there could even be a connection between the two.

Muscle spasms, to the best of my knowledge, have nothing to do with the brain. It's a physiological movement within the muscle.

Drink more water, less stress.... May be a sign of withdrawal... Lithium causes muscle spazz-s. Nerves? Take a multi with minerals?
