Nope , AB- is one of the rarest known blood types and H-A, Rha Neg is the rarest of all in the entire world as there are only 12 people known to have this type .

I am O negative and I was told it is special because its a universal blood for all babies. So if you are O- you should give blood regularly if you can.

The negative only occurs with about 15% of the worlds total population. However; out of the negative blood types, o negative is the most common.
