    Why do u want to loose weight? I used to always want to stay fit but I finally let myself go and now I lost my fit thin body and I love it

    I think the best way to achieve that is power hooping, it's also great fun unlike most forms of exercise.

    Runners get hit by cars, suffer joint damage, and drop dead from time to time. I recommend swimming.

    Swimmers get eaten by sharks, drown, and generally look silly in speedos though.

    Actually, surfers get eaten by sharks. Swimmers tend to swim in fresh water. Swimmers don't drown unless they are really bad at it so that is darwinism instead of getting run over by an idiot boatman. Speedos are only considered silly looking. They are not a big deal unless you are really vain. People put on cloth to peacock it and gather potential mates. Swimmers are just wanting to enjoy the water.

    Fat doesn't come off of where you work out, it comes off wherever it feels like. The best way to lose weight is to eat less calories than you use in a day. Exercise is simply an extra added supplement.
