    No. Many elite, wealthy and highly educated people are Democrats. University professors, from my experience, lean to the left.

    Interestingly enough, most of the Republicans I know are dirt freakin' poor. Don't even ask me to explain that one!

    Not necessarily ; it could mean that you are a very wealthy capitalist that feels guilty about your success and are trying to buy your way into the selfish crowd.

    no many democrats are well educated, young, and financially secure and later become republicans when they have something to lose
