    Depends on the context...I use it to mean either "cute" or "stupid"

    Yeah, it's just the context. Every word in the dictionary has multiple different meanings depending on the context and any decent dictionary gives at least a few examples of it's use in specific contexts. Also, what one person might consider negative another might consider positive.

    Not really. It can mean "funny" or "stupid".
