I'm not a fan of their coffee. I read a book about Starbucks which said that their most popular drink in America was the cafe latte, so they deliberately roasted their coffee beans to ensure that people could still taste the coffee with all that milk added.

They brew it too hot and keep it sitting too long. Also, even though the coffee is expensive in cost, it's one of the cheapest in quality when it comes to the beans they use.
