Nature includes mental function for me, but I would admit a distinction on pragmatic grounds. Nine men in 10, as Franklin put it, are in the grey area of having made poor choices or adopting bad ideas prior to dying as a result. That is "natural."
I wouldn't call that suicide, though.I can imagine both of the other possibilities, if someone was physically, forcibly filled with drugs or otherwise made incompetent to choose.
