The vast majority of mankind do not have a disordered personality. Of course, all of us have personality traits. However, certain groups of specific traits can be termed disordered when they cause acute distress to the individual (and/or to those around them).

It's called "being a psychologist". They are the only certifiably "sane" people in existence.
Though I'm pretty sure that they are all insane and they've managed to scam us all into believing their fraudery.

The behaviors/personality types are considered disorders when they have multiple traits that fit the disorder.
You just don't have a single trait and are immediately diagnosed
