Is there a good browser that doesn't have a lot of tabs and print not too small?

I agree with GoodGuy. Pretty much all of the browsers allow you to adjust the size of the font, and the number of tabs you have open is up to you. Even Windows allows adjusting font and icon sizes.
It's just a matter of putting in a little bit of time to figure out how to make the adjustments and then customizing everything to your liking. It makes things a lot more pleasant and is very worth the effort.Like (1)

All browsers today use tabs. If you don't want a lot of tabs just close then as you go. GoodGuy is right. You can scale text size in all browsers now a days too.

You can adjust the default print of your browser. Also, I think all browsers let you zoom in and that will override CSS. If you're not talking about the page window, but the actual chrome, then go to your Windows settings and change the text so everything is bigger.
