Is there a young girl who would be interested in my 20 year old son who has never dated? He's 6'3" 210.?

Obviously, I picked the wrong site to find a date for my kid. I still see nothing wrong with trying to help him out. There are tons a guys out there too shy to ask a woman out. Maybe that's 1 reason why God invented the internet to connect people. To me, asking on here is no different than hooking up someone on any other social networking site.

6'3 and 210? Smart and decent looking?

I am 6'0 and 215, not too bright, and pretty dang ugly and I get women all the time. He is either: Non existent, or you are lying about him. Period.

I know of a racoon, likes to dig in trash late at night, wince, and climb trees.

22 inches and 8 pounds.

Ok people enough with bashing the poor guy. He isn't here to defend himself. How many of you had your parents do embarassing things to you and for you. Some of you I bet still do. Give them a break, it's tough as hell to find decent people today and to be honest my mom probably would do better at finding the right guy for me cause well let's face it so far I suck at it. So stop with the judging and just answer the question. If you can't be nice then walk away from the question. Joking around for fun is one thing but sometimes you gotta have a little sense about you to know when to keep your mouth shut. Now for the question.... I agree with intrepidtraveler 100% here. It is a nice thought that you want to help but truth is, you can't make someone fall in love.... you could find the perfect girl in your eyes for him but if the chemistry isn't there and it's forced you will only hurt him and yourself in the process. If you love him enough to want to help, then love him enough to let him do it on his own. He's young, there is still time for him to meet someone. As hard as it is.....you got to let him live his life. Be proud of him for his accomplishments and for the person he is...the person you love so much.

I have to 2 sons (16-18) and to be honest....I would not set them up with what I could not see...if you love him...let him make his own path in life...maybe he is waiting for the right girl...just be his parent...let him make his own chioces.

I love the way you described him so lovingly. I fear here's what people will read, though: 6-3, 210 = BMI 26.2, overweight. And a GED? And a loner? Never dated? Family tries to set him up? Lives at home?

OF COURSE there is a girl out there for him, if that's what he wants, but he needs to find her when he's ready. And if it is something else that he wants, I hope every one will be supportive.

He needs to learn to "walk" socially before he can "run".

The impetus has to come from HIM.

Make go out in some nice clothes. If he's as good as you say, he'll have no problems getting himself a girl

Mmn I don't believe you. Really nice good looking boy who's never had a girl? :S

Are you sure he likes girls? (I'm only asking cause if I don't bring home a guy my mother's always like "Are you into girls?" *serious face*)

Anyway I'm wandering. Don't worry about him. He's only young, if he's more interested in staying home and playing on his computer let him! And don't make him feel uncomfortable about it!

He'll eventually get weary of virtual gfs and p0rn and go after the real thing.

With a "parent" like you I understand why he doesn´t want to talk.

He's gay. No straight man is a good listener.
