Coconut water detox. But just as hard as exercising. I lost 1 kg in 3 days. It's supposed to be healthy too. But you need at least 8 glasses of coconut water a day.

there is no mystery about losing weight or keeping it stable if no medical problems exists just put in what you take out and dont be greedy and over eat.The more you eat the more excercise is required .Its that simple
