Do not do it. You are so much stronger than that. Your mind is the biggest obstacle here. Being drained is fine. Feeling down is fine. Feeling low is normal. You have to accept that it's normal to feel down - some more regularly than others, and that these feelings will pass with time. Don't hurt yourself as that is an easy way out which will make the long term worse as then you may feel regret for doing it. Stay strong
