    Olive oil and drink omega 3 tablets as it's pure samon oil so you get it from the inside too.

    I like neutrogena hand cream, rub into the cuticles throughout the day, good enough for fishermen good enough for me.

    Yeah that be it, not cheap but I do use it if my hands need some tlc. Body shop hemp hand cream is also excellent. The Udder cream I have heard excellent reports about as well, some people use it for their butts to prevent pressure sores.

    Coconut oil - rub it into your cuticles (or whole hands if you like) at bedtime, put a lot on and then place cotton gloves over the top (helps with absorption) next morning they should be fine. Do this as often as you feel necessary.

    Huh? I thought I got bit by a radio active spider and have been climbing up walls with the little torn dry skin particles all over my hands and feet.

    Only my hand cuticles, I don't have dry skin otherwise.
