Naturally, all of these people all calling themselves "vegetarian" confuses a lot of restaurant owners. One can get pretty sick from animal products if one is not used to having it.<br />

However, in any of the stricter forms of vegetarianism, certain vitamins, such as B-12, are difficult to get naturally. It may need to be artificially supplemented.<br />
