Is there anything wrong with accepting depression?
Fighting it is exhausting. When I realised that I was never going to "get over it", everything became easier.
It's still hard, and horrible, but I don't spend so much time wondering when I'll be over it. Rolling with the tide is easier I think.
I know there are reasons why simply accepting depression is bad or wrong, but I want other people's opinions.
