Science is a thing, like a car or house. It has no ethics. The people who work in the field of science are people. Some are ethical, some are not. Unlike politics where ethics standards are designed to prevent legal prosecution for unethical behavior, the science professions try harder than most other professions to maintain a high level of ethics.

Sure, tons of ethics. Ethical standards are a big deal in the scientific community and reviewed and enforced regularly. That said they change, they're subjective, and some people do violate them. Sort of like ethical standards for anything else.

in order for something to be considered a scientific theory or fact it has to pass a specific process that is agreed on world wide by the scientific community. it is in effect the very meaning of the word 'scientific’. What exactly that process is I couldn’t say without looking it up but the word ethics almost means exactly the same thing. In business it does mean exactly the same thing because business removed the word ‘moral’ for the process.
