Is there really anyone who would actually WANT to take care of an adult baby? Seriously?

I have seen the groups and stories here about people who would like to wear diapers and baby clothes. Ummm... I don't get it, but whatever. But seriously, is there anyone here who would actually want to really take care of an adult baby? WHY???
