Is there something for Lip Skin that acts as splintering scally dry lip skin peeling off my Lips? (More Info below)
I have already in the last couple of months now been trying to use Blistex Lip bulm conditioning on my lips and taking a tooth brush to rid the dead lip skin peeling on my lips. But my lip skin continues to peel and hang so scally on my lips. It feels like splinters sticking up from a wood surface. And I do not know what else to find at the moment to help me treat this.

yes petroleum jelly, on all the time, but frankincence oil is very soothing as well. very expensive but sure smells good.

I get scaly skin behind my ears. Damn tough to remove sometimes
