Is there such a thing as a super human?
By that I dont mean, cosmic powers or someone like....superman or anything, I mean something a bit more scientific. Like....rapid cell regeneration! or something along thoes lines. (Btw I know theres nothing scientific about super humans but you get the point.)

Awesome question. It depends basically, as mentioned, how nuanced the definition is. However, if evolution is the correct theory to explain the development and modification of species, super humans must exist to an extent. How this idea of "super" is defined is really crucial. Very fascinating question!

It depends how "super" you're looking for. Some people are more resistant to disease than others (Winston Churchill lived to be 90, despite smoking and drinking all his life) and others develop muscle mass more easily or have a higher IQ. We all have innate strengths and weaknesses, and some are more extreme than others, but I don't think there are any X-Men out there, sadly. :(
