    Yes indeed, and they're especially common for people with epilepsy.

    To my knowledge, I do not have epliepsy.

    Good for you. That doesn't mean that you can't have olfactory hallucinations.

    I worked in a Alcohol & Drug Rehab center. I did hear people who used to be addicted say they did experience olfactory hallucinations often.
