There is still much beauty in this world, in people, places and things. Just have to look harder sometimes.

Parts of it are ~ where it is pristine and untouched, nature's beauty taking one's breath away and kind people appreciating it and each other.
But much of it is hell on earth, with filth and suffering; people who care only about wealth and power; injustice and greed polluting it all for our children's future. Especially in the U.S., the direction is ugly and dangerous ~ our own government is set on poisoning and wiping out large segments of the population. There is no freedom, no voice, no protection against the evil corporate ownership and destruction of the planet.Like (2)

There's parts to it which are very beautiful, but overall, the world seems like a very cold ugly place to me. Right now, someone is messing with my phone texting me repeatedly with no message to get a rise out of me. Pity the world can't be kinder and gentler.

The world is there for everyone of us, to see it beautiful and full of opportunities, and one just has to open the eyes for that.
