Is this a good way to quickly lose 70 Ibs?
I'm tall, 5'9" I want to weigh around 120-130 Ibs, which means that I should lose around 70 Ibs to achieve my goal. I want to lose it quickly. I was thinking about eating three hard boiled eggs a day for lunch, drinking PLENTY of water (which I already do), and having a Lean Cuisine every day for dinner, no snacks. I'll exercise at least 5 times a week by going on a 5 mile walk. I also want to start jogging. I really want to lose this weight because I'm unhappy with the way I look. I've been over weight for a very long time. It has affected my self esteem to the point where I constantly wish I looked
Iike another person. I've even considered having plastic surgery to improve my facial features.
