No. Just for fun, information, helping others, etc. If I can't sleep, two benedryl tablets will conk me out in no time.
Quite self talk, hot soak in Epsom salts by candle light. All electronics off! Take 5 mg of melatonin before soak. Then relax in massage chair! Buy it! It will change your life!
No cure for "insomnia" needed... when the body is tired, it will sleep!
In the mean time (I should have added) ENJOY being awake!! (I know that's not quite as easy to do if tomorrow is a work day....)
