Both but its nice, I like it even tho I dont always get a valentine, I'm a romantic so love to see others doing soppy romantic things, nice instead of fighting

It's sweet but it's suppose to be telling someone anonymously that you fancy them so the secret admirer whereas nowadays everyone just telling each other how much they love each other when that should be everyday not just valentines day lol
