It can be. Look at what's causing this anger...really look into it.
Yes, but emptiness is the hardest, I think.
I work with people who find they cannot control their anger. It can be controlled if you take the time to look deeper and work within yourself.
It's always possible to overcome. You need to want to change,

just sit and let it simmer. it wears off quick. if critical, punching/hitting something gets it out.
