Depends, if you work it would be wise to shower then get in your way and maybe drink an energy drink or some coffee to perk you up. If not i would recommend you get some sleep then take a shower when you wake up or vice versa whatever works for you. I'd also recommend you eat if your hungry.
take an aspirin and have a cup of tea...sleep well

Then warm bath ( not shower) and a turkey sammich may be in order. Hit the hay and see you at dusk :).
