Too much energy I'd guess. Try going to the gym or going for a run about 2 hours before you go to bed.
my insomnia is combination of night terrors and mind racing :D i've tried sleep medication and natural path remedies to no long term success. lately i find yoga before sleep helps me get 3 or 4 hours of sleep
Just the opposite here - it's 1:40 p.m. and I've only been up half an hour. Did wake at 8 a.m. but went back for an hour (being Sunday) then woke at 1 ! Luckily I had nothing planned today..
unfinished business....try meditation or positive imagery.

Im sorry i try humor and fail. Try some sleeping pills or if you dont want to go to the store try warming up milk, warm milk has a chemical that makes you sleepy. Also turn off all lights and close your eyes.
