    It's the same where I live. It was in the 30's the other day and I saw the mailman wearing shorts .. and a lot of kids wearing shorts. I see people wearing flip flops in the snow! lol

    I'm not even sure a lot of people ever wear coats and we live in the Midwestern part of the US .. it gets COLD!!
