It's official. South Dakota has allowed teacher staff to use guns if needed.

As for more details, it's up to the schools to let's this happen inside their schools. So if an accident or incident does happen, it's the schools to blame. Not the state or fed govt. the govt just have them the ability to do so.

    South Dakota is a pretty mild place. So I doubt they would need to use it there.

    Its not exactly a law. It's up to the schools if they would allow that in their system. So if it happens it's the schools fault and not the states or fed
