yes fresh fruits and vegetables. thats your whole garden of good food. organic is good for like lettuce, spinach, not banana. avoid the processed unpasteurized stuff. do everything, in cooking in basic and none of that "throw everything in pot" stuff. Bragg's seasonings is good. its healthy and low in sodium. i'm always searching for ways to makes low sodiums because amyn food itself already have salt intake.
